Tek Parasaur [PvE Cross]

Parasaur is a solid early-game tame - decent weight, decent speed, easy to knock out early on, and one of the first mounts most tribes get.
 
Its turret mode acts as a living tripwire, alerting you to nearby enemies and creatures in range even out of line of sight. This works both while set stationary as a base alarm and while ridden. This can be useful not only to alert you of stranger-dangers and their tames, but also to alert of the babies born and even detect buried creatures, like Phoenixes after a heat wave.
 
It's not a fighter and won't defend itself in a real fight, but it works great as an alerting system in your base and outside of it.

All Tek Parasaurs are 100% imprinted and come with a saddle.
