How It Works

Step 1: Place Your Order

 

Browse the website to the relevant platform (cross-platform or consoles only) and the game mode (PvE, PvP, Small tribes), use the filters to select items that are of interest to you, and add them to your cart. When selection is done, click on the shopping bag icon and follow the checkout instructions.

Step 2: Checkout

 

Provide the required in-game information in the field (server, coordinates, character name, availability) and proceed with the payment. You don't need a PayPal account - you can use the "guest checkout" button to pay with your bank card without registering with PayPal.

Step 3: Delivery Coordination

 

Our team will contact you via chat (or email if you're not online on the website) to coordinate the delivery at the time and location that's convenient for you. Please monitor your spam folder as some email providers will filter our messages into spam. Usually, we will contact you within a couple of hours. If you haven't received a response in over 24 hours and your spam folder is empty, please contact us via chat and stay online so we can arrange the delivery - there might be a typo in your email address, and we cannot respond to your chat if you're offline.

Our usual delivery times:

for priority orders 10min to 3h

for regular orders 30min to 24h

This excludes time zone differences, which may add up to 10h.

Step 4: In-Game Delivery

 

Items are delivered directly in-game:
PvE: in-hand to your coordinates or to a pin-coded box.

PvE Moddedin-hand to your coordinates or to a pin-coded box.
PvP Crossin-hand to your coordinates (or spawn zone/obelisk), pick up safely from our server.
PvP Consolesin-hand to your coordinates (or spawn zone/obelisk).
PvP Small Tribes Crosspick up safely from our server, in-hand delivery to your coordinates (or spawn zone/obelisk).

PvP Small Tribes Consolespick up safely from our server, in-hand delivery to your coordinates (or spawn zone/obelisk).

Step 5: Confirmation & Support

 

Once delivery is complete, we confirm fulfillment. If there are any issues, you must report them straight away, and our support team will resolve them promptly.
