Frequently Asked Questions

  • Which platform should I choose?
    Select the platform based on which device and launcher you're playing on: PC - for Steam and Epic launchers Xbox - for Xbox and Windows 10 via Microsoft store (Xbox launcher), currently unavailable. Crossplay - for Xbox/Win 10 Crossplay servers. At the moment we're only supporting NA PvE Crossplay. PS - for PlayStation consoles And the game mode - PvE, PvP or Small Tribes. We do not support any special game modes like LDL, ORP, Arkpocalypse - official and standard modes only.
  • How do I order?
    Browse the website to the relevant platform (PC, XBox, Playstation) and the game mode (PvE, PvP, Small tribes), use the filters to select items that are of interest to you and add them to cart. When selection is done, click on the shopping bag icon and follow the check out instructions.
  • What happens after I place my order?
    After you've paid for the order, one of our sellers will reach out to you in email you specified (or chat if you're online) to arrange the delivery. Usually you will be contacted within the nearest hour. As much as Arknomaly sellers try to provide the best service possible, please give us at least 12h to contact you before reaching out due to the possible time zone difference.
  • How do you deliver?
    After being contacted by our sellers we offer 2 possibilities: - You can set up a vault/fridge/box, any storage in which you can receive the order, set a pin code and send us the precise coordinates together with the pin code you've set. Delivery will be made to this storage location (PvE only). - You can meet at the location you have agreed upon with the seller (usually one of the obelisks but can be your base as well) and trade face to face (PvP and PvE)
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We're using PayPal payment provider which supports funds in your PayPal account as well as credit and debit cards. You don't need to register a PayPal account to pay for the order. We don't see any of your card details, they are protected by PayPal.
  • I want to order something that's not on this website
    If there's something you want to order that cannot be found on Arknomaly website, please use the contact form or chat and we will do our best to get it for you. Most of the cases we have the requested item in stock, just not yet listed on the website.
  • I placed a wrong order
    If you've mistakenly placed a wrong order, please use the contact form providing a short explanation what was the mistake and Arknomaly will solve it for you.
  • I changed my mind and want to cancel the order
    We do not offer refunds on "changed my mind" order cancellations. Please only order if you're 100% sure about the order. If the order is taking longer than 48h you have the right to request order cancellation and your order will be refunded.
  • I lost my order right after receiving it
    Unfortunately, we don't provide any replacements in the case of a customer losing the order either by dying, server crash or any other occurrence that is not a direct fault of Arknomaly. As soon as the order is 'in your hands' (or in the storage unit for offline trading, choose a safe pin code!), we consider it to be delivered and our obligations fulfilled.
  • I'm not satisfied with my order
    If there's an issue with the order, order processing or anything else around your stay at Arknomaly, please use the contact form and we will do our best to solve it for you.
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns due to Ark's cloning and breeding possibilities. We are accepting returns for wrongfully delivered orders if there has been a mistake. Please check your order upon receiving it, later complaints won't be accepted.
  • I want to sell at Arknomaly
    If you wish to join the sellers of Arknomaly and sell Ark: Survival Evolved dinos and items for real money, please use the contact form telling us about your experience within Ark: Survival Evolved and why should we choose you over other applicants. We do hold a small fee for website maintenance but all our sellers are treated exceptionally well and are happy to be a part of the team. Don't see your platform listed on the website or it looks empty? Even better - there's a free spot for you!
  • I can't find what I'm looking for
    Whether you're having difficulties finding a dinosaur, item or even anything else on the website, contact us! We have a large stock of unlisted things, deep knowledge of game mechanics and we're always happy to help!
