Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

 

All products sold are digital in-game items. Once delivery has been completed, the order is considered fulfilled.

2. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Delivery has not been completed, and we cannot complete the delivery due to our fault

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Completed and confirmed deliveries

  • Customer unavailability after reasonable attempts

  • Game server sunsets, bans, or other in-game issues, such as other player attacks

3. Resolution First Approach

 

If an issue occurs, we prioritize:

  1. Fixing the issue

  2. Re-delivery or exchange of items

  3. Partial or full refund if resolution is not possible

4. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks will result in service refusal.
