Grand Tortugar [PvP Cross]

Grand Tortugar, is a new dinosaur added with Astraeos last expansion. His adaptability allows it to breath under water but also be outside of it, converting it into a water or land dino. 

It also has a hard shell that allows it to tank enemy turrets. If that wouldn't be the last thing, it can also open its shell and allow tribemembers to be inside of it like a real tank. Allowing a maximum of 3 members.

Platform saddle allows it to be a buildable mobile base.
