Narcotics [PvP Cross]

Narcotics are used to craft many things in Ark - medicinal brews, tranquilizing ammo, Lazarus chowder (for kibble), and more. It also serves to increase the torpor of sleeping dinos, putting them in the inventory and forcing them to eat it.
