Element Dust [PvP Cross]

Element dust is the only form of element that can be transferred between servers (1k Element Dust = 1 Element). Element Dust is used to craft Unstabled Element that changes into Element after a few minutes. Also can be used to craft Element shards that Tek turrets uses as ammo.
