Tidepup [PvE Cross]

Tidepup is a small healing companion that rides on your shoulder. It heals you automatically whenever your health drops below a threshold you set in its radial menu, helps you recover health faster, and reduces your oxygen consumption, so you can stay underwater longer. It also automatically removes most negative effects from you, though not diseases or effects that carry or immobilize you.
 
Healing uses up its food, and every heal builds its evolution progress. Once that's full, you choose one of two paths:
- Neotenic Stabilization - stays small and keeps its shoulder-pet form, with improved healing and underwater support.
- Metamorphosis - grows into a large rideable form, which needs a Tidepup Saddle. It bites, heals nearby allied tames with a healing zone, stores incoming damage and recovers it over time as health, and can survive lethal damage inside a regeneration cocoon.

Tidepups need to be in water to mate, but can be raised on land.
